Where every number on this site comes from, and how often it updates
Primary sources only
Every transaction and dividend figure is taken from primary disclosures: SEC EDGAR 8-K filings for Strategy (MSTR), official IR releases for Metaplanet (TSE: 3350), and company press releases for preferred-stock terms. Dividend records are cross-checked against S&P Global data. We do not source figures from news articles or social media.
Update cadence
Bitcoin transactions are added on the day of disclosure. STRC dividend data updates semi-monthly with each declaration. Live Bitcoin prices refresh every 60 seconds via CoinGecko. Each page shows its data-updated date.
Corrections
If you find a discrepancy against a primary filing, contact us and we will verify against the source document and correct within 48 hours. Known limitation: the historical MSTR transaction list carries a 1 BTC rounding drift versus the headline total, inherited from pre-2026 filings.
